Designer Danielle McKim doesn’t have to look very far for inspiration when it comes to designing her home and her client’s homes. “Being inspired by things that I love keeps me creative,” she says. “For me, I buy what I’m drawn to and then figure out how I will make it work. I think this creates a home that is filled with curated pieces that really reflect my style.” Lately, McKim has been inspired by her children and her desire to create a space that inspires creativity. That often translates into spaces that feature bold pops of color and patterns, which, says McKim, she loves to mix in unexpected ways.
